Cancellation Policy

Lu-na Beauty and Wellness Cancellation Policy. At Lu-na Beauty and Wellness, we have a limited number of appointment slots to ensure each client receives personalized attention. Therefore, your non-refundable slot reservation fee secures your reserved time slot. Slot Reservation Fee: The slot reservation fee paid at the time of booking is non-refundable as it reserves your appointment from our limited availability. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must provide at least 7 days' notice prior to your scheduled date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the full slot reservation fee with no refund. No-Shows: A "no-show" is any missed appointment without any notice provided. For no-shows, the full slot reservation fee will be forfeited with no refund. Rescheduling: To reschedule an existing appointment, 7 days' notice is also required. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days prior will be treated as a cancellation, and the slot reservation fee will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding of our policy which allows us to provide excellent service to all Luna Beauty and Wellness clients. Booking well in advance is highly recommended to secure your preferred date and time.
